We would like to thank you for your consideration of sponsorship with the Forum Adult Hockey League. Our league currently has eigthteen teams, with an average roster size of fifteen players, and is growing every year. We are currently the largest adult hockey league in the state of Indiana and conduct nine games a weekend. Additionally the league is USA Hockey sanctioned and plays by the standards and conduct as such expected. In order to enable our growth, increase the health of the league, and contain player cost we are seeking sponsorship. Below are the sponsorship packages being offered.
GOLD RINK PACKAGE - $1000 Per Rink Per Year
- Dasher Board with your company name/logo on either Rink 1 or Rink 2 (Visibility by ALL The Forum at Fishers Hockey/Skating Events)
- Your company name/logo with link to your website on FAHL website
- Recognition at FAHL season opener event and play-offs
- Company name/logo on all league correspondence including registration forms and informational flyers
SILVER TEAM PACKAGE - $500 Per Team Per Year
- Your company name/logo on one FAHL team's jerseys
- Your company name/logo with link to your website on FAHL website

- Company name/logo on all league correspondence including registration forms and informational flyers
BRONZE WEBSITE PACKAGE - $250 Per Year
